  1. Grace (verified owner)

I just got this today. I haven’t used it, but the brush feels good and I especially love the handle! This will be perfect to paint all those spindles and grooves and what not. Thank you Larissa! ❀

I’m so happy to hear it, Grace! Thank you.

  2. Louise

I purchased three brushes – triangle, wedge, and the angled and have used the two bigger brushes for polycrylic/polyurethane. Size and weight feels good in hand, bristles are thick and soft, product went on smoothly and they cleaned up perfectly. I believe that investing in quality tools (and maintaining them) can make the difference between good and great DIY projects. I look forward to many years with these paint brushes!

I’m so happy to hear it, Louise. They have lasted me well and love to hear your feedback. Thank you!

You are right. These are the best paint brushes ever! They apply paint smoothly, hold tons of paint-even if you only dip the “eyelashes”, release the paint evenly with no globs, and leave no brush marks. I bought one a year age and after trying it had to go buy another, I have the squre & triangle brushes and use them to paint everything. I even use the triangle brush to paint large items like a dresser and hutch because I love them so much! They paint so well that I was able to use them to paint large items faster than if i’d have used a larrgegr brush. These put Purdy’s and all other brushes to shame. I am so glad to find out that you sell them & at such reasonable prices. As soon as I can, I’ll be buying the Wedge brush from you. I’d much rather be giving my money to you than to an impersonal big box store!

How awesome is that?! I am so happy to hear that you enjoy them as much as I do. Thanks so much for supporting this mama. πŸ˜‰

I just won a set of 5 brushes in an awrsome wood box. Looking forward to trying them. I am about to do a dresser!! Any tips as to cleaning and care to keep them in good condition?

    • Larissa

Hooray!! I clean up the minute I’m done with warm/hot water and shake dry. They hold up well. If you happen to get any build up over time, just soak in a glass of rubbing alcohol and clean.

  5. Lisa

The brushes feel so soft! They wash up nice after use and the bristles don’t stick together. The spindle brush was a life-saver for doing small spindles on a recent project! Can’t wait to try the others!

    • Larissa

That is wonderful to hear, Lisa. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. It sure is fun to hear I’m not the only one who loves these brushes! πŸ˜€

  6. Joyce

Today I tried my round Zebra brush for the first time (I had four chairs with spindles). WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!! I was truly amazed at how much easier it was. I have the other odd shaped brushes but haven’t had the chance to give them a try yet….❀️

    • Larissa

That is awesome, Joyce! I can’t say it enough…the right brush makes such a difference. Thanks for the love!

  7. Becky

I just got to use my new 2″ Stubby brush to paint doors. I forgot I had it and started the job with a different brush, but then after remembering, figured I had 4 doors to paint, 2 sides each… what better way to test and compare? There WAS no comparison. I was trying to edge carefully rather than searching for my painters tape. With brush #1: Ho-hum. It took a LOT of patience and was a little rough. With my new beloved Stubby: I’m feeling sorry for the painter’s tape companies, haha! I’ve never had such a precise, smooth edge before. It made the job a BREEZE! Clean edges, smooth, no brush strokes… We’re best friends now. It also cleaned up soooo much nicer than my other brush, and the bristles still have that new, smooth feel. I can’t wait to finish my current project and try out my round and triangle brushes. They are SO cool!!!
P.S. Great packaging, quick response, and Larissa even hand writes a thank you note in SPARKLY ink on the receipt! : ) I’m a happy customer.

You are the best comment-leaver ever!! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. It’s fun to hear that others have as much joy as I do using these brushes.
